At LWVRS, every piece is created with intention. If something isn’t right, we aim to make the process clear and fair.

Returns
You have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, or damage.
How to Request a Return

Include:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return
Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty:
• We will offer a replacement or full refund
• Return shipping costs will be covered by LWVRS
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item or size, please return your order for a refund and place a new order once available.
