4. Pricing & Payment

Any applicable taxes, delivery charges and other amounts payable to LWVRS will be displayed before you complete checkout.
We accept the payment methods made available during checkout.
Payments are processed through the payment providers supported by our online store.
We take reasonable care to ensure that product prices and information are accurate.
If we discover a genuine pricing error affecting an order, we will contact you to explain the situation and your available options. We will not charge you a higher price without your agreement.

5. Orders & Order Confirmation

LWVRS offers delivery within the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations.
Available shipping services, estimated delivery times and shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 working days following payment confirmation, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
Processing times are separate from delivery times.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling charges, depending on the destination.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights concerning delivery, delayed goods or items lost in transit.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
For eligible online purchases, customers generally have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods, without giving a reason.
Following notification of cancellation, customers normally have a further 14 days to return the items.
LWVRS also offers voluntary size exchanges, subject to stock availability and the conditions outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
For voluntary size exchanges, customers are responsible for the return postage and the delivery charge for sending the replacement size, as explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
We aim to ensure every LWVRS order is supplied correctly and meets the standards described on our website.

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
